Seedtropical.com, we are committed to providing high-quality tropical seeds and a transparent shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Nature of Seeds
Seeds are natural, living products. Germination rates and growing results may vary depending on planting methods, climate, soil conditions, storage, and care provided by the customer. For this reason, specific germination or growth outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of seeds and agricultural products:
- All seed sales are final once shipped.
- We do not accept returns of seeds under any circumstances.
- Opened, planted, or stored seed packets are non-returnable.
This policy is necessary to maintain quality control and comply with agricultural and phytosanitary regulations.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item (wrong species or variety).
- Your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect due to our error.
- Your shipment was lost in transit, confirmed by the carrier.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Germination failure due to environmental factors or cultivation methods.
- Shipping delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal services.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs or agricultural authorities in the destination country.
5. Proof of Issue
To process a refund or replacement, we may require:
- Clear photos of the received items
- Order number and purchase details
- Photos of the package and shipping label (if applicable)
Refund requests without sufficient proof may be declined.
6. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.
7. International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
- Seedtropical.com is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or inspections.
- No refunds will be issued for orders delayed, held, or rejected by customs.
